Cacao expression would like to invite you to an autumn and winter green witch workshop !

🍁A lovely afternoon connecting into the mellow and winding down energies of autumn and winter !

🍂Connecting to the cycles and energy of nature and following a nature based path , connecting and creating with nature and the energy of autumn and winter

🌳🍄Focusing on the healing energy of trees, fungi and stones and herbs , the elements and cycles and how they connect to our own cycles and a deeper connection to nature! Using intentions, and affirmations and Divination blessings

What to expect

🧙A discussion on the green witch path for autumn and winter

🧹Broom making using sticks you are drawn to , to clear energy in the home and setting intentions in the home with blessings

🌿Natural smudge stick and incense making and how to use them

🕯️altar candle holder and natural candle making using herbs and spices connected to your intentions

🍲Cauldron infusions / potion making using herbal remedies that connect to what you want to release or bring in

💎Stone /rock painting and feather smudging fan making to bring positivity into the home

🍂Intention balls , wish fir cones and relaxation/meditation sleep pillow making using herbs and autumnal plants

samhain cacao expression ceremony

🫘A beautiful traditional heart warming cacao ceremony connecting to the Samhain energy!

🩷remembering loved ones and our ancestors!

🍂Connecting into the warmth of Mother Nature and creation ,

🤎connecting to your heart and inner self !

🧘Smudging and energy clearing , Breathwork /light meditation and light language blessing to open the ceremony,

🪘invocation blessing and drumming and vibrational clearing to welcome in the spirit of cacao medicine!

☕️A warming connection to the cacao as we prepare and drink it , cleansing/smudging the cacao and space with gratitude to the tradition, the origin and culture of cacao , to self, to the healing energy of the earth , heart chakra meditation and connective exercises to tune in and aid release if needed!

🧘Closing ceremony with blessing and regulation

🧘A somatic and flowing movement session, starting slow connecting in and feeling what and where needs releasing, flowing energy connection of qigong kundalini yoga and somatic movement

💃then faster fun movements to release stagnant energy and emotion, there will be ribbons, fans, poi , sticks if you would like to use them or just move and flow ,

🧘then winding down with slow mediative movement! To connect back and regulate

You can sway, stretch, wiggle, dance and really let go , just move however you feel you want to with the freedom to be yourself in a supportive and non judgmental environment! No expectations just a
chance to feel and move

Break and food

🎨An expressive art session to feel in and express what you feel, journal, paint, draw, create, colour, scribble, crystal art, nature art , Mandela making whatever you feel you need to express by tuning in and going with the flow ,

🫙there will be be a chance to decorate staffs and ancestral gratitude jars , make natural candles and candle holders using nature

🧘Finishing with a relaxing , visualising , percussion sound meditation journey to leave you feeling fresh, relaxed, connected and blissful

Bring blankets and pillows for your comfort, please stay hydrated before during and afterwards , drink regularly and replace minerals too! It’s best to have an empty stomach to enhance the cacao experience, a beautiful healing , gentle form of plant medicine that will work with you 😊

expressive dance and art

Cacao expression invites you to a somatic and expressive dance and art session ! A chance to feel into your body , any tensions, any aches and feelings and move into them.This releases stagnant energy and emotions that we hold in our bodies that can lead to stiffness’,, tension, stress , anxiety, aches and pains and illness ! When we express ourselves through dance and/or art we can alchemise disregulation into creativity, and allow ourselves to release, let go and be your true selves. In a non judgemental environment, no expectations just move and create however you feel!

Dance and movement
Start of slow and somatic , listening to how your body feels and move how ever you feel you want to! Yoga stretches, swaying, wiggling, whatever feels good! Then get more upbeat and really let yourselves go ! Just be you, no expectations ! There will be poi balls , ribbon twirling, stick and scarf dancing, creative dancing , what ever you are drawn to or want to try . Then a nice wind down slow moving meditation to relax and center and feel the fuzzy feeling of releasing stuck energies and energising yourself

Expressive art

A short breathing excercise to help you tune in , then a chance to create what you feel
Create a vision board , Paint, draw, scribble, create or journal , whatever feels right ! There will be cacao painting, crystal art, nature art , bubble painting and blow painting and Mandela making available! just trust your intuition and create what comes up

Refreshments available

A lovely afternoon revisiting your inner child, tuning into your intuition , beautiful creations and feel vitalised and joyful

A time to come home to yourself , rest , repair and tune into your inner world !
