Hello and welcome to Cacao Expression! My name is Shell and I am training to be a cacao facilitator and frequency and vibrational energy healer using scared plant medicine of cacao , expressive dance/movement , breathwork and art to help express and recognise emotions and stagnant energies in our bodies , accept them and release them through expression! This is a place for healing, healing therapies , confidence booster and empowering you to help yourselves and express in a safe and comfortable environment.

These events promote self confidence, self connection, community, health and wellbeing , ancient ritual and ancestral respect and recognition. They are for anyone who fancies something new, needs to reconnect, meet like minded people and to aid healthy thoughts and actions! With a soothing heart warming cacao ceremony connecting to self, each other and the earth energies, relaxing into the medicinal benefits of this sacred plant!  A chance  to express and tune in , relax and bring enrichment and vitality to your life! Setting intentions and finding your inner power and connection. A freedom to express and dance or move to some upbeat music and soft lighting in a non judgemental and comfortable environment. Drawing or painting any feelings that may have come to the surface in whatever style feels right , then a relaxing meditation sound journey to end your experience feeling relaxed, enriched and vitalised. A very therapeutic way to help mental and physical health promoting wellbeing and enrichment, connecting to sound, movement and the sacred spirit of cacao plant medicine.
