inttoduction and choice of music, three sections first a slow embodying session to feel into what is being held and needs to be released! Any aches and pains or tension that needs releasing , choose your own moves, yoga , swaying, stretching , slow movement!  Then a more upbeat dancing session with songs of your choice , to really express what is there , then a wind down session to relax and cool off , wiggle sing, shaking, yoga moves, tai chi whatever suits you ending with a visual meditation

there is also an option for ribbon twirling, and creative dance

art equipment provided  water colours and acrylics , finger paints , pastels, pencils, oil pastels , arts and crafts , crystal art , canvasses, paper , card , painting with cacao 

choose what equipment you would like . Start off with a tune in meditation to asses what is being felt! Tune into your vision and create beautiful art, journal or craft whatever you feel is there , relaxing music and refreshments provided optional sound meditation to close

For groups please  bring whatever you need for comfort and warmth , blankets , pillows mats
